Our Plan

We know that to take power back from our oppressors, we need to have a presence across the entire state of Illinois! You can help with that by being involved in a local chapter. Over the next three years, we plan to have a chapter in 20 counties across the state of Illinois, including in your city!

How It Works

Being a part of a chapter is about more than just meetings and events. It's about creating a power base in your community. We know that those who are closest to the problem are closest to the solution. Building a chapter means that not only will we amplify voices to make sure we are heard, but ensuring every chapter member has the tools and support they need to lead change. Not only about permanent punishments but about everything. You need a stop sign on your block, passing a local ordinance, starting a community garden, all those things can come directly from the chapter. These tools can be used anywhere.

Next Steps

Since January 2025, we have launched five (5) chapters across Illinois and are poised to launch four (4) more by the first quarter of 2026.
